Hastelloy Seamless Pipe Manufacturer
We are Zhejiang Xintongda Special Steel (XTD), a leading manufacturer and supplier of Hastelloy seamless pipes in Songyang, China. Hastelloy seamless pipe is a nickel-based tubular product, and it resists pitting, general corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking very well. Our Hastelloy seamless pipes are manufactured according to the ASTM B622 standard by making a strong billet hollow over a mandrel, then hot working and cold-rolling for precise dimensions, then solution annealing and straightening for the final finish. The Hastelloy pipe has high mechanical strength and high resistance to acids, seawater, chlorides, and oxidation. On top of that, the alloy welds easily and keeps its strength at high temperatures. That's why industries like aerospace, automotive, marine, and oil and gas use it widely.
We have been manufacturing and supplying Hastelloy seamless pipes for over 4 decades, and we deliver in-stock products within a week and production orders in 15-60 days. We have an annual supply capacity of 25,000 tons.

What is Hastelloy Seamless Pipe?
A Hastelloy seamless pipe is a high-performance pipe made from nickel, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, manganese, and other elements. This nickel-based Hastelloy pipe has the ability to handle extreme temperatures, pressure, and corrosive environments. It can also resist stress corrosion cracking in knife-line and heat-affected zones (HAZ). At XTD, we provide various grades of the Hastelloy seamless pipes, like Hastelloy C22, C276, B2, C4, B3, and C2000.

What are the key advantages of Hastelloy Seamless Pipe?
There are 4 main advantages of the Hastelloy seamless pipe: prevents leak-related failures, increases system reliability, durable & long-lasting, and cost-effective long term.
- Prevents Leak-Related Failures: Hastelloy seamless pipe has a uniform microstructure throughout the wall thickness, and performs very well at heat-affected zones (HAZ). This prevents leak-related failures in the alloy.
- Increases System Reliability: The alloy has a high mechanical strength (yield and tensile strength), which prevents failure under stress. Also, it resists stress corrosion cracking very well. These properties increase overall system reliability.
- Durable & Long-Lasting: The high nickel, molybdenum, and chromium content helps provide resistance to corrosion in oxidising and reducing acids, chlorides and seawater, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The alloy also maintains its strength in elevated temperatures. The combination of these qualities means the pipe lasts longer and stays reliable in harsh conditions.
- Cost-Effective Long-Term: Since the Hastelloy pipe has better fabricability, durability, resistance to overall corrosion, and system reliability, it proves to be a cost-effective solution in the long run, especially in harsh processing environments.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What Is the Manufacturing Process of Hastelloy Seamless Pipes? The manufacturing process of Hastelloy seamless pipes involves heating and piercing a solid billet to form a hollow shell, hot-working and cold-drawing to get its precise dimensions, performing controlled solution annealing to restore its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, pickling, and straightening. The final step is inspection and testing before packaging and dispatch.
-
What temperatures can Hastelloy seamless pipes handle?Hastelloy seamless pipes can handle temperatures up to 1900°F (1038°C) for C-family alloys (C276, C22, C4, C2000) and up to 1600°F (870°C) for B3 and up to 1500°F (816°C) for B2 in reducing environments.
