Incoloy Seamless Tube Manufacturer in China

We are Xintongda Special Steel (XTD), a China-based manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy seamless tubes. This tube is well-known for its good resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and stress, mainly due to its chemical composition and mechanical properties. As an Multiple international certified company, we produce these Incoloy seamless tubes in accordance with international ASTM standards. The seamless Incoloy tube is made by heating and piercing a single solid billet into a hollow shell and then working over it. The seamless nature makes the Incoloy tube a preferred choice over welded tubes for high-pressure, increased fatigue, and high-temperature applications. We offer Incoloy tubes in grades like 800, 800H, 800HT, 825, etc. These tubes are also available in a wide range of sizes, wall thicknesses, and lengths. As an experienced manufacturer and supplier with 4 decades of experience, we can deliver these tubes within a week for stock orders and in 15-60 days for production orders. This is also because we have an annual supply capacity of 25,000 tons.

What is Incoloy Seamless Tube?

An Incoloy seamless tube is a high-performance tubular product made of a nickel-chromium alloy with additional elements like molybdenum, copper, iron, and titanium. It has an exceptional thermal stability and good resistance to corrosion against sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. It can also resist chloride stress corrosion cracking and oxidation very well, due to the addition of molybdenum and chromium. The Incoloy seamless tube is suitable for chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other industries.

Manufacturing Process of Incoloy Seamless Tubes

The production process of the Incoloy seamless tube involves selecting a high-quality solid round bar of the Incoloy material, then heating and piercing it to form a hollow shell. The next step is to hot-work and cold-draw it to achieve the precise dimensions. After that, we perform solution annealing to restore its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The last step in this method is to pickle and straighten the tube before we send it for testing. To know more about the manufacturing process, kindly visit this page.

Seamless Incoloy Tubes Supplied in Various Grades

Our seamless Incoloy tubes are available in a wide range of grades. Some common grades are 800, 800H, 825, and 925.

01

Incoloy 800 Seamless Tube

The Incoloy 800 seamless tube, also known as Alloy 800, Nicrofer 3220, Ferrochronin 800, Nickelvac 800, Sanicro 30, and Pyromet 800, is made of a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It has good resistance to oxidation and carburisation.
02

Incoloy 800H Seamless Tube

Commonly known as alloy 800H, the Incoloy 800H is an austenitic grade alloy tube with a slightly higher amount of carbon than 800. Due to this, it has higher creep strength and controlled grain size.
03

Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tube

The Incoloy 800HT is an upgraded version of the 800H with a higher amount of titanium and controlled aluminium. This makes it better at providing high creep-rupture strength than the above two grades.
04

Incoloy 825 Seamless Tube

Incoloy 825 seamless tube is also known as alloy 825, nickel alloy 825, Nickelvac 825, and Nicrofer 4241. Apart from nickel, iron, and chromium, this tube also has molybdenum, copper, and titanium, which contribute to resistance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and reducing acids, and also stabilise the alloy against intergranular corrosion.
05

Incoloy 925 Seamless Tube

Incoloy 925 seamless tube, also known as alloy 925 or nickel alloy 925, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy tube that is precipitation-hardenable. This grade tube can resist chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
