ASTM A312 310MoLN Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacturer in China
We, Xintongda Special Steel, are a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 310MoLN seamless pipe based in Songyang, China. Stainless steel 310MoLN is a fully austenitic stainless steel pipe alloy usually found in urea plants. It mainly consists of 24-26% chromium, 20.5-23.5% nickel, 1.6-2.6% molybdenum, 0.09-0.15% nitrogen, and traces of other elements. We manufacture all our TP310MoLN pipes according to ASTM, EN, JIS, GB, and GOST standards. Our company uses extrusion and heating processes to produce the highest quality of 310MoLN pipes. This austenitic SS grade is also known as the “urea grade” due to its stability for urea plant service and resistance to carbamate corrosion. The nitrogen content of this grade works as a stabilising agent. These properties make it suitable for urea Plants, chemical processing, mineral equipment & cement production, petrochemical industry, and many other industrial applications.
Being a leading manufacturer with around 4 decades of experience, we at Xintongda have an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons.

Stainless Steel 310MoLN Seamless Pipe Manufacturing Process
As the largest 310MoLN stainless steel pipe manufacturer, we make our pipe by heating and piercing a solid steel billet to make a hollow shell. This shell is then hot rolled and cold worked for dimensional precision. Later, we perform solution annealing to retain the pipe’s corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Before we send it for testing and inspection, the pipe goes through pickling and straightening for a smooth surface finish. You can check out the whole manufacturing process by visiting this page.
What are the Properties of Alloy 310MoLN Pipe?
The alloy 310MoLN has 3 main properties that make it perform well in harsh conditions:
- Corrosion resistance: UNS S31050 pipe gets its corrosion resistance due to its unique chemical composition. The high chromium content helps resist oxidation as it forms a layer of chromium oxide when exposed to oxygen, the high nickel content stabilises the austenitic microstructure and helps resist stress corrosion cracking, molybdenum resists pitting and crevice corrosion, and nitrogen helps resist intergranular corrosion after welding.
- High Temperature Stability: The stability at elevated temperatures comes from the oxide film of chromium and the stable austenitic phase due to nickel.
- Weldability: The low carbon content (approximately 0.025%) reduces carbide precipitation during the welding process. Along with this, it gets good ductility and toughness due to the nitrogen content.
What is the Equivalent Standard for 310MoLN Stainless Steel?
TP310MoLN pipe is known by its standard equivalent designation as UNS S31050 and by its Werkstoff Number as EN 1.4466. Kindly look at the table below for its other equivalent designations across the world.
