It is specially designed for harsh environmental conditions where knife-line or heat-affected zone attack is common. We manufacture Alloy B2 pipe to the ASTM B622 standard. In highly reducing environments, UNS N10665 pipe outperforms C22 and C276 due to its optimised composition for such conditions. Alloy B-2 Seamless Pipe Manufacturing Process
We manufacture our B2 seamless nickel alloy pipe by carefully selecting the billets and heating and hot extruded to form a hollow shell. We then draw, roll, and size the pipe while controlling temperature to maintain the solid solution structure. - Superior Resistance to Strong Reducing Acids: It can handle high concentrations of reducing acids like hydrochloric and hydrobromic. The higher molybdenum content ensures the metal remains safe from rapid penetration even at extreme temperatures.
