Manufacturing Method of Stainless Steel 310MoLN Seamless Tube
We begin the process by heating a high-quality billet for hot piercing to form a hollow shell. It is then followed by cold drawing and a solution annealing process to refine the tube grain structure. We conduct final straightening and surface refining to ensure that each 310MoLN stainless tube meets the exact tolerances necessary for high-pressure urea applications. - Improved corrosion resistance: This grade delivers strong aqueous corrosion resistance due to high chromium content (24-26%), molybdenum (2-3%), and nitrogen content (0.15-0.25%). - Resistance to oxidation: 310MoLN SS tubes are resistant to scaling and surface degradation up to 1150°C due to the presence of a protective chromium oxide layer. This alloy prevents scale formation and surface degradation during prolonged thermal cycles in power and energy plants.
- High-temperature strength: The 310MoLN Stainless tube maintains its structural integrity when heated, as the high nitrogen concentration stabilises the austenitic microstructure against mechanical deformation.
