Manufacturing Method of Stainless Steel 310MoLN Seamless Tube

We begin the process by heating a high-quality billet for hot piercing to form a hollow shell. It is then followed by cold drawing and a solution annealing process to refine the tube grain structure. We conduct final straightening and surface refining to ensure that each 310MoLN stainless tube meets the exact tolerances necessary for high-pressure urea applications.
