ASTM B983 Inconel 718 Seamless Tube Manufacturer
We, Xintongda Special Steel (XTD), manufacture Inconel 718 seamless tubes for demanding environments where high strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy are important. It is made from a nickel-chromium-iron alloy strengthened with molybdenum, niobium and titanium. We produce these tubes in accordance with ASTM B983 and ASME standards. Our tubes are manufactured without any welded joints through controlled extrusion, rotary piercing or hot rolling to ensure consistent and tight-tolerance shapes. Inconel 718 has high fracture resistance, consistent performance at temperatures up to 1300°F, and oxidation resistance to 1800°F. The ability of this material to withstand pitting, acidic media, alkaline conditions, and erosion makes it ideal for aerospace, energy, oil, gas and chemical processing applications. Our tubes are polished, pickled or as-rolled in both imperial and metric specifications. We have an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons and provide certificates that support global quality requirements. We supply DIN 2.4668 tubes with short lead times for stocked items and flexible MOQ options.

Inconel 718 Nickel Alloy Tube Manufacturing Process
Our Inconel 718 seamless nickel alloy tubes are manufactured using processes such as extrusion, rotary piercing, and controlled hot rolling, resulting in a continuous hollow shape with no welded joints. The tube undergoes several treatments. It is solution-treated, aged, sized to tight tolerances, and finished with either polished, pickled, or as-rolled surfaces to ensure precise mechanical performance.
