We manufacture high-quality TP304H stainless steel seamless tubes by adhering to rigorous industrial procedures. Our process involves hot-extruding austenitic chromium-nickel ingots into hollows. We then finalise tube dimensions through cold drawing, rolling, or pilger processing to ensure compliance with technical standards.
Solution annealing at controlled temperatures restores the austenitic microstructure and sensitisation resistance. Pickling removes surface scale, and each tube is then straightened. - Low-Temperature Toughness: The stable austenitic structure retains toughness from cryogenic temperatures through to high-temperature service, making the grade suitable for dual-service applications or plants with wide ambient operating ranges.
- Cost-Effective High-Temperature Solution: Offers excellent high-temperature performance at a lower cost than nickel-base superalloys, making it the standard specification for boiler superheater and reheater tube bundles in utility and industrial power plants.
