Manufacturing Process of Alloy C4 Pipe

We at XTD manufacture the Alloy C4 alloy pipe by taking a solid billet of nickel-chromium-molybdenum, and then heating those billets so they can be pierced and elongated into a hollow shell. Then, we cold roll or cold draw this shell according to the required thickness and diameter. After it gets its shape, the pipe goes through a heat treatment where its corrosion resistance is strengthened.
