The UNS S32760 tube (Zeron® 100, Werkstoff Nr. 1.4501) is a super duplex grade containing additions of both tungsten (0.5–1.0%) and copper (0.5–1.0%) beyond the standard S32750 composition. These additions provide enhanced corrosion resistance in specific environments, particularly seawater desalination and aggressive chemical processing.

UNS S32750 Tube

The UNS S32750 tube, also known as SAF 2507 (Werkstoff Nr. 1.4410), achieves a PREN of approximately 42 with its 24–26% Cr, 6–8% Ni, 3–5% Mo, and 0.24–0.32% N composition. We supply this grade for demanding chloride environments in oil and gas, chemical processing, and seawater systems. Its CPT of approximately 85°C (ASTM G48) makes it our most specified super duplex grade for heat exchanger service.
