Xintongda was founded in Wenzhou, China, and began with metal recycling. The founder, Mr. He Ganrong (何干荣), retired from the company in 2015.
Entered the stainless steel bar business.
Began producing stainless steel mother pipe.

Began producing seamless austenitic stainless steel tube.

Mr. He Jiongmu succeeded as the company's CEO.
The new Songyang factory began operations.
Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Fujian Tengqi Pipe Industry Technology Co., Ltd., expanding the production size range from 6–457 mm to 6–1016 mm.
In December 2019, the company produced seamless ASTM B444 Inconel 625 tubes and launched production of nickel alloy seamless pipes and tubes.
The company passed the BV certification.
For Xintongda alone, annual sales exceeded 500 million RMB (excluding subsidiary sales).
The company passed CU‑TR 032 and NORSOK M‑650 certifications.
