ASTM A213 Stainless Steel 321 Seamless Tube Manufacturer
We, at XTD (Zhejiang Xintongda Special), are a leading manufacturer in China and a supplier of stainless steel 321 seamless tubes worldwide. Our stainless steel 321 tube is titanium-stabilised. It primarily consists of chromium (17.0-19.0%), nickel (9.0-12.0%), iron (balance), and traces of titanium. As a Multiple International Certified company, all products are manufactured strictly in accordance with ASTM A213, A269, A511, and EN10206-5 standards. The stabilised titanium prevents carbide precipitation during welding. Our 321 ss tubes provide benefits, such as strong corrosion resistance, exceptional oxidation resistance and accurate dimensional precision. These tubes are ideal for high-temperature applications, and harsh environmental conditions. Our tubes are designed for applications, such as heat exchangers, furnace parts, aircraft exhaust manifolds, bellows, heating element tubing and expansion joints. As a global supplier, we maintain an annual stock of 25,000 tons, an MOQ of 200 kg, or no minimum for stock, and lead times of one week for stock or 15-60 days for production orders.

321 Seamless Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing Process
We begin SS 321 tube production by selecting high-quality billets. These billets are hot-extruded or pierced to form seamless tubes, followed by cold drawing to achieve precise dimensions. Heat treatment is then carried out at high temperatures to stabilise the structure. All tubes are examined to ensure that they meet the surface quality, and dimensional requirements. This technique ensures the consistent performance of stainless steel 321 tubes in high-temperature applications. To learn more about the manufacturing process, visit this page.
Characteristics of 321 Stainless Steel Tube
Our 321 stainless steel tubes have 4 key characteristics, which include high-temperature performance, excellent corrosion resistance, strong oxidation resistance and titanium stabilisation.
- High Temperature Performance: Our 321 stainless steel tubes can withstand temperatures up to 870°C without losing strength. This stability prevents warping or failure over extended thermal stress, ensuring safe, and effective performance in high-temperature industries.
- Corrosion Resistance: SS 321 tubes offer resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion caused by aggressive chemicals and chlorides. In harsh environments, high corrosion resistance reduces maintenance costs and prolongs service life.
- Good Oxidation Resistance: Our 321 stainless steel tubes create a protective oxide coating to prevent scale formation. These tubes are particularly essential for burner tubes and heating elements. This oxidation resistance keeps the tube intact over multiple heating cycles. This increases endurance under oxidative conditions.
- Titanium Stabilised: In 321 stainless steel, titanium and carbon form a bond. This bond prevents weld decay, a type of intergranular corrosion that can occur after heating. Titanium stabilisation preserves mechanical strength at high temperatures, while preventing intergranular corrosion during welding. The stabilisation process makes finished constructions strong and leak-proof.
ASTM A213 TP321 Stainless Steel Tube Equivalent Material
